Objective: Improve on fitness and contact technique
equipment: Cones, tackle bag and hit shields
group size: Any number
Area: 3m x 10m
drill set-up: Players line up in pairs and face a number of pieces of equipment (can use just cones if no shields or bags available.)
Drill explanation:

On “GO” players run with their partner down the line of equipment.

As the reach the hit shield they sweep each side to the ground.

They then link, sink and run each side of the tackle bag.

They return to start by one player going left and the other on the right of the grid

Add in a person holding a hit shield halfway down the tackle bag and linked players drive past (LINK 3)
