group size: In pairs
Area: Small area
drill set-up: One player lies on the ground and one on their knees.
Drill explanation:

On “Go”, player who is on their knees tries to flip ‘turtle’ onto their back.

Start with a little bit of resistance then to full resistance.

When completed swap around and the other player becomes the turtle.
Variations / progression:

Do the same activity but this time the player tries to flip the turtle by standing up.
