drill set-up: Face your partner using a tyre to push over to them.
Drill explanation:

On “Go”, player who has the tyre pushes the tyre along the ground to their partner.

Work on good technique driving with your feet and not pushing down.
Variations / progression:

Both you and your partner are pushing against each other.

Try pushing two tyres – important to keep the second tyre straight.
