Secure the bar into the corner of a wall. Grip the barbell with one hand and use the other hand for balance. Lunge down next to the bar and face away from the wall. Begin with the row. Rotate the body and allow the bar to rotate in the hand to turn around and face the wall, before performing the press and returning to the start position.
